Asterisk the Office PBX
Asterisk is a soft switch telephony system built on open source standards and is becoming increasingly popular as companies realise that the old hardware systems of before are being rapidly overtaken by this much cheaper, much more flexible technology.
Asterisk is currently at version 1.4 although it's soon to be releasing it's 1.6 branch as a solid release later this year or early 2009.
